A Web-Application based on a service oriented architecture (SOA). It contains a series of Services at users' disposal.

Project Manager - Project Management

It's a portal for Project Management; it is interaly based on WEB tecnology. It supports the intercomunication of Project Manager (i.e. in a bank) and it permits to storage and share project information, to plan activities and to control results.

De Libera - From acts to decisions

System to manage all administrative acts, from their proposal to their approval and publication on the municipal notice board. It permits to manage sittings, agendas, attendances/absences, seats.

Albo Pretorio - Information to citizens

Integrable into any municipal web site, it permits to obtain the municipal notice board publication on web. The notice board is organizable in tables and it's possible to fix the document date of publication and permanence in table.

College.net - e-learning

It permitsto organize courses by following a hierarchy of operative, instructive and didactic units, to organize a didactic material library, to make tests and to verify their execution, to manage the personal data and the roles of all people involved in the professional training: students (divided by class), teachers, tutors, experts, etc.

Competence Center - Call center WEB

It permits to organize a real "competence center"; it link in with electronic mail, permits to organize a competence matrix themes/users. The system users, depending on their profile, can: store a request for aid that will be automatically presented to the expert, receive the new questions on the own e-mail, answer the questions, sort them to the other users, fill in FAQ lists automatically.

Protocollo - Inbox/Outbox mail

Computerized protocol management. Outbox documents (acquired by da scanner, fax or word processor) and inbox documents (acquired by fax or scanner) storage.

Definition of different types of document (through a level hierarchy), of inner receivers and consequent automatic sorting.

URP - Services to citizens

It permits to organize the URP virtual counter and to manage an advanced communications channel with citizens (in autonomy).
